By registering, logging in, and purchasing products/services from MAXVIA88 ("We", "Us", "Our"), the Customer ("You") confirms that You have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms set out below.

1. Scope of Service

We provide accounts and advertising assets (including Business Manager – BM, ad accounts, and related products) intended for lawful advertising and marketing purposes.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity as required by applicable law.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate and truthful registration information.

2.3. The service may only be used for lawful business, advertising, and marketing purposes.

3. Customer's Commitment Regarding Use

You agree NOT to use the products/services for any of the following purposes:

  • Fraud, misappropriation of property, or deception of any kind.
  • Advertising or trading prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, imitation goods, or illegal products.
  • Spreading false information, fake news, or distorted content.
  • Disseminating or publishing content that incites unrest or endangers security or public order.
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights, privacy, or reputation of any individual or organization.
  • Distributing pornographic, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
  • Any conduct that violates the laws applicable to You.

This is a core provision. Any violation of this section will terminate all of Your entitlements, and You shall be solely liable before the law for Your conduct.

4. Customer's Responsibilities

4.1. Upon receipt of the handover, You are the manager and user of the product/service and are responsible for all activities, content, and conduct arising from such use.

4.2. Any dispute, claim, or legal consequence arising from Your misuse shall be Your responsibility; We bear no joint liability.

4.3. You agree to indemnify Us for reasonable damages and costs (including legal costs) arising directly from Your violation of these terms.

5. Nature of the Product and Limitation of Liability

5.1. You understand that accounts, BM, and advertising assets operate on third-party advertising platforms. The suspension, restriction, deactivation, or policy changes imposed by such platforms are factors beyond Our control.

5.2. We provide the product on an "as-is" basis at the time of handover and make no guarantee as to the lifespan, stability, or continued accessibility of the account once You begin using it, as this depends on Your content, advertising operations, IP address, device, browser fingerprint, network environment, location, payment method, user behavior, security practices, linked assets, and the platform's policies, compliance reviews, and risk-control systems.

5.3. In any event, Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount You paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

6. Inspection on Receipt and Warranty Policy

We apply a point-of-handover warranty policy. Specifically:

6.1. Your right to inspect: Immediately upon receiving the handover, You have the right and are encouraged to fully inspect the product — including the ability to log in, the accuracy of the information, and the operating status of the account/BM.

6.2. Warranty scope: Within 24 hours of handover, if the product has a defect that existed at the time of delivery (for example: incorrect login credentials, inability to access, or an account that was already suspended before You received it), We will replace it with an equivalent product or issue a refund.

6.3. Why the warranty is limited to the point of handover: Once You log in and begin use, the account's status is directly affected by Your device, actions, advertising content, and operating methods — factors that We cannot control or verify. The warranty scope is therefore limited to the point of handover to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

6.4. Cases NOT covered by warranty, replacement, or refund:

  • The account experiences issues after You have logged in, changed information, or put it into use.
  • The account is actioned by the platform due to Your advertising content or operating methods.
  • You violate any provision in Section 3.
  • A claim is submitted after the inspection period stated in Section 6.2.

6.5. After the inspection period above passes with no claim, the transaction is deemed complete and the product is deemed accepted.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the provision of service if We find that You have violated these terms, with no obligation to refund.

8. Data Privacy

8.1. We collect the information You provide during registration and transactions (such as name, contact information, and payment information) for the purposes of providing the service, supporting customers, and processing transactions.

8.2. We commit to keeping Your information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except where legally required by a competent authority or where necessary to resolve a dispute.

8.3. We may retain transaction information for as long as necessary for reconciliation, accounting, and legal compliance.

8.4. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data; however, We do not guarantee absolute security against risks beyond Our control.

9. General Provisions

9.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; the new version takes effect upon posting.

9.2. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if no agreement is reached, it shall be resolved under the applicable law and before the competent authority of [to be added].

9.3. If one or more provisions are deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
